Recently bought a Kubota KX36-3 from Midlands Equipment, Chris and his team went above and beyond with there service nothing was too much hastle, it’s the first machine I have bought myself and they took the time to go over everything in detail to make sure I was satisfied from maintenance and servicing, extras I wanted for it the lot. If things go to plan I hope to deal with him again in the future. Top bloke and great staff. Keep up the good work.

From the first call to when the machine was delivered Chris was very helpful and informative. My finance was arranged within a day. Great service. I contacted Midlands Equipment today as I wanted to landscape my garden. I have no real knowledge of diggers, but Chris was incredibly helpful knowledgable and fair. I got a good deal and he was able to come over with in 2 hours and deliver my 2015 jcb 8014. He spent time showing me what and what not to do, very genuine guy who I felt was sincere. Even after he had gone he was on the end of the phone when I wanted to ask some questions and get further information about insurance.
Will certainly recommend this honest guy and use his services for anything else. Love my digger. Fantastic. Thank you for you help

I’ve just got back from buying an excavator from Midlands Equipment. I have bought it on finance for my business and it was one of the easiest purchases Ive done. The two sales guys there were really helpful. the whole process took less than 24 hours. The digger was ready to go, and loaded up for me when I got there.

Customer review of mini digger and plant trailer
I recently purchased a Kubota mini digger from Midland Plant Equipment. The customer service was fantastic from Chris and Lee. They delivered the digger on the day they promised and did a great handover of the equipment explaining the features of the machine. There was a slight issue with one of the digger buckets which they resolved promptly and dropped off the correct bucket at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other potential buyers.

I have just bought a plant trailer suitable for a mini digger from Midlands Equipment near Derby . I have to say the guy I met could not have been more helpful. Even provided & fitted me a new towing hitch with both ball & eye fittings . The trailer carries the digger superbly & is easy to tow . I was even offered tea & biscuits while I was there . It was nice to do business with a genuine, gentleman.
